2. Website delivery and hosting

The website is hosted on a web server provided by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. Requests involve technically necessary connection data, including IP address, time, requested resource and browser or device information to the extent transmitted by your browser.

Processing serves website delivery and security. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, reflecting the legitimate interest in operating a secure and functioning website. The website does not create an analytics or advertising profile. Provider information is available in Hetzner’s privacy policy. 3. Fonts, cookies and analytics

Fonts, images and scripts in this version are served by the website itself. The website code does not use analytics or advertising cookies, load advertising networks or store form input in browser storage. Hosting security functions may process technically necessary data.

4. Preparing an enquiry

Contact fields are processed locally in your browser. Preparing an email passes a draft to your email application; the website does not submit those entries to a form server. The copy function writes the text to your clipboard when you request it. An email is sent to us only when you send it from your email application. Direct email links follow the same principle.

5. Email contact

We process contact details and the information you send to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual enquiries, otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for the legitimate interest in responding. Information is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry or meet applicable retention obligations. Professional and tax-law retention periods may apply to engagement records.

Recipients may include hosting and email providers and authorized staff. Please initially avoid confidential or deadline-critical documents. An appropriate transmission channel can be agreed separately.

6. External links and downloads

External websites are contacted when you follow a link. Their own privacy information applies. PDF downloads are available directly without registration or an email gate.

7. Your rights

Subject to the legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under Articles 15 to 21 GDPR. Where consent is the basis, it can be withdrawn for the future. You may complain to a supervisory authority, including the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
